We’ll begin with a short demonstration of fresh pasta dough using a simple, reliable method—no complicated techniques, just what works. To maximize hands-on time, dough will be prepared in advance so we can jump straight into rolling pasta sheets, filling, and shaping ravioli (and tortellini) together.
This class focuses on confidence and feel rather than perfection. You’ll learn how to work with pasta machines, handle dough comfortably, and shape filled pasta without intimidation—because handmade pasta should be joyful, not stressful.
We’ll enjoy the finished pasta as part of a full seasonal dinner, including a fresh salad, house-made sourdough focaccia, vegetable-forward sides, and a simple dessert inspired by Italian comfort cooking. All ingredients are organic and thoughtfully sourced.
