2018 Graham's Block 7 Pinot Noir

In Stock
Planted in 1984 in the Burgundian style, this is one of our most cherished blocks. Hints of chestnut wood and dried fig on the nose pair with plum butter and dark chocolate. It fills the mouth, swirling with cinnamon, baking spice, raisin, and shiitake mushroom. The bright acids and cherry finish will make this a perfect accompaniment to a ribeye steak.
This wine is a blend of select barrels from Block 7, fondly known as Graham's Block, in the heart of the estate vineyard. These self-rooted, 38-year-old vines are the oldest in the vineyard.
