The 2016 Chardonnay is crafted from fruit off of Speiss Vineyard, a small vineyard in the northwest corner of the Willamette Valley. Warm days and very cool nights provide ripe flavors and crisp, bright acidity. With a thoughtful blend of barrel and stainless steel fermentation, this Chardonnay offers refined richness, while uplifting acidity provides a clean, fresh finish.

This wine presents soothing aromas of vanilla, caramel, and baking spice that mix and mingle with popcorn, roasted nuts and a hint of flowers. The palate is light and smooth, featuring Meyer lemon, star fruit, browned butter and apple cobbler.
