Vivacé is a sparkling wine with a fragrant nose of orange blossom, lemon, lime, honey and a hint of ginger while the exuberant palate features juicy green apple, ripe melon, lime zest and citrus confectionary.
Made in the style of an ice wine, this dessert wine offers a nose rich in honey and sweet spices. The palate is a blend of very ripe pinapple, candied apricots and oranges with a good balance between sweetness and acidity.
Fruit hailing from Block 1, which is named for the cataclysmic Missoula Floods. Aromas of marionberry, Bing cherry and black currant mingle with fresh earth, wet stone, sage and baking spice. Robust and savory.
