2015 "Red Cap" Pinot Noir

2014 Reserve Pinot Noir
Our oldest blocks and best barrels go into this wine. Aromas of dark fruit, leather and herbs precede notes of sweet black cherry, dried fig, spice and dusty tannins.
2013 Graham's Block 7 Pinot Noir
The fullest-bodied, most expansive Pinot Noir from our estate, it exhibits notes of black raspberry, blackberry, cherry and cassis accented by hints of earth, dark chocolate and leather.
2013 Parsons' Ridge Pinot Noir
Black fruit character is supported by a firm, supple texture and accented with notes of earth, forest floor and spice that marry will with the rip Bing Cherry notes at this wine's core.
2015 Pinot Gris
Produced from seven sites on the estate and is fermented in stainless. This wine is bright and approachable with solid stone and citrus on the palate, with bright acidity and zesty finish.
Southern exposure and careful trellising add to this distinctive, aromatic wine. Notes of rose petal, lychee and passion fruit with a dry finish. Pairs with Pac Rim dishes and creamy cheeses.
2015 Almost Dry Riesling
Fresh and flavorful with bright citrus and floral notes that balance perfectly with an elegant entry, a hint of sweetness and a clean finish. A great complement to salad and seafood.
This variety flourishes on our estate vineyard. Enticing citrus and floral notes begin this easy-drinking, semi-dry wine. Wonderful as an aperitif or paired with lighter dishes.
2014 Riesling Sweet Reserve
Always last to harvest, this estate Riesling fruit produces wine with notes of rich pineapple and grapefruit accented by candied citrus, orange rind and floral aromatics. Great with blue cheeses, fruit tarts or just for sipping.
This off-dry, aromatic crowd pleaser is a blend of cool-climate white varieties from our estate: Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Müller-Thurgau. The great northern whites.
2016 Rose of Pinot Noir
A playful expression of Pinot Noir, this rosé is made with a mix of whole cluster pressing, saignée and slow fermentation. It’s lively with notes of strawberry, raspberry and red currants.
