It's hard to find a Pinot that reflects its place, is farmed Biodynamically, and offers such complexity at this price point. Made to drink now, as your "go to" wine, but you'll feel like you're drinking a special occasion bottle.
Our 2015 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that we can achieve in the Northern Willamette Valley with this grape; stone and citrus fruits envelop the palate, finishing with a distinctive tropical note.
We make our Riesling in a variety of styles and this one, with just a hint of sweetness, is perfectly balanced with nice acidity. It's very versatile, great on its own or paired with a variety of foods.
Intensely aromatic, with a nose of tropical flowers, ripe kiwi and melon, the silky soft palate is brimming with rose petals, pink grapefruit, mango and white nectarine then finishes on a high, clean note of bright key lime.
Made with estate Pinot Noir, we employed the saignée method for half the wine and whole cluster press for the rest. We're definitely pleased with this year's pale pink color and dry, fruit-filled palate.
