Aromas of Kirsch, tobacco, spice, a hint of jalapeño and a subtle whiff of bay leaf guide the senses to the palate of pomegranate, cran-cherry cocktail, cigar box and exotic coriander. This complex wine develops over time.

Orange wine is crafted when white wine grapes are made in the style of red wine. This is Pinot Gris with some skin contact during fermentation, hence the coral color. Clay amphora-fermented Gewürztraminer adds complexity.
Lashings of lemon, hazelnut, hay, and honeycrisp apple emerge from the glass. The palate is loaded with citrus, red Anjou pear, and yellow plums. This Chardonnay is rich and full yet still clean and uplifting on the finish.
