Oregon's Willamette Valley is an ideal site for growing cool-climate, aromatic white varieties, much like Northern Alsace in France. The Opulence Collection is a curated selection of estate-grown white varietals, such as Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau and Riesling. Ranging from dry to sweet as well as in between, these wines have broad appeal.
This dry style Pinot Gris begins with aromatics of bright citrus and tropical fruit that lead to a firm foundation of apple, mango and a hint of savory and spice on the palate, finishing crisp and bright.
The 2018 Almost Dry Riesling is a beautiful example of the well-defined characters found in this variety, and a harmonious balance between acid and sugar, with classic flavors found in this grape holding true in this wine.
A tradition started in 2014, the best of the best Pinot Gris grapes are selected each harvest and crafted into the Roulette. The 2016 Roulette is exceptional having been made from Block 5. This is a great Pinot Gris!
