A leader in Biodynamic® viticulture, Rudy has been in the wine industry for over 40 years. Rudy supports the vineyard, winemaking and sales teams.
As head winemaker, Stephen captains all aspects of the winemaking process. His creative vision and attention to detail pave the way for beautiful wines.
Having honed his winemaking skills in Chile, California and now Oregon, Benjamin has diverse experience in nearly every aspect of the craft.
Director of Consumer
A wine industry professional for over 13 years, Sarah oversees all Direct to Consumer operations, including club, tasting room and online.
After completing the first level of the Court of Master Sommelier, Walker moved from Texas to Oregon to pursue his growing passion in winemaking.
Colleen has an accomplished career in the Northwest wine industry for nearly a decade and serves wholesale distribution in Northwestern states.
A farm boy from Alaska, Moss has managed winemaking and vineyards in California, New York, Missouri, India and Alsace, and now our vines in Oregon.
Previously in fine wine sales, Chris oversees the maturation of wines in the cellar, working to protect the delicate, nuanced flavors of our Pinot Noir.

With more than 20 years’ experience in hospitality, sales management and wine education, Kathleen manages sales in our Northeast markets.
Rachel has over 18 years accounting experience in the grocery industry. Her organizational skills are a huge asset to the accounting department here.
Alejandro uses his passion, hands-on experience and leadership abilities to oversee the management and operations of our partner vineyards.
Ari brings extensive experience to the team. His background in advertising adds creative flair and his affable personality charms guests and staff alike.
Jayme began her career working with high profile beer producers & boutique wineries before joining us to manage distribution in the Southwest.
Pat holds a crucial role by keeping all aspects of the winery running smoothly, overseeing equipment operations, bottling, shipping and more.
When not playing punk music or raising goats, Ryan has been working all aspects of the cellar, making wine in Idaho, Washington and Oregon since 2010.
After 30 years at Montinore Estate, Sergio has a vast knowledge of the land and our practices and provides superior leadership to vineyard operations.
Alfredo has been working at the estate since 1985. His intimate knowledge of the property experience makes him the perfect person to lead the crews.
Raya is a Certified Sommelier who came to Oregon to pursue winemaking after leaving her extensive restaurant career in Washington, DC.
Kris has been running the front office for over 20 years, handling all admin and accounting, orders, shipping and much, much, much more.
