2018 "Red Cap" Pinot Noir
Included in the Roots Club
The favorable growing season of this vintage offered lovely fruit and resulted in wine with classically Oregon aromas and flavors. Wafts of wet earth, blackberry jam, dark plum and a hint of vanilla swirl from this garnet-hued beauty. A mouthful of black cherry, loganberry, pomegranate and a touch of smokiness linger endlessly on a nicely structured foundation of sturdy tannin and judicious acidity. Definitely age-worthy, but ready to drink now.
2017 Reserve Pinot Noir
Included in the Roots and Equinox Clubs
The Reserve Pinot is a curated blend of the best barrel selections from each year. The result is a snapshot of the best the vintage offered. Black cherry, mixed berries, cedar and generous wafts of baking spice dominate the enthusiastic aromas. Cherry continues through to the palate, along with dark plum, blackberry, bramble and tobacco leaf. The zesty mouthfeel adds a texturally pleasing dimension, with sassy tannins interplaying nicely with acidity.
2017 Plumlee Road Pinot Noir
Included in the Roots, Equinox and Spirit Clubs
This Pinot Noir is crafted entirely from Block 1 on the estate vineyard, which is characterized by its mineral-rich soils. The wine is richly aromatic with intense wafts of black plum, Mission fig and a touch of flintiness that awake the senses. The mouth is velvety soft, coating the palate with a silky ribbon of boysenberry, red plum, sundried tomato and a whisper of smoke. The elongated finish persists with balanced acid and tannin interplay.
2017 First Sight Pinot Noir
Included in the Spirit Club
This is the first vintage of First Sight Pinot Noir, sourced from an amazing vineyard partner in the Yamhill Carlton AVA. The aromas are distinctively dark fruit-centric, with black cherry, marionberry and black currant mixing and mingling with a hint of roasted coffee beans. Satiny smooth on the palate, plum, black tea and pomegranate are warmly combined with cedar and baking spice. The finish is zesty and textural, thanks to age-worthy tannin and structure.

We love our Italian heritage--food, culture and especially wine! While we can't grow Nebbiolo in the Willamette Valley, we found a fantastic source for this beloved grape in Washington. While light in the glass, there's nothing light about the aromas and flavors. Cherry candy, red currant and red plum leap forth. Themouth is resplendent with sweet-tart red fruit flavors, making it lively and energetic. A backbone of acidity makes it the perfect partner for heaps of pasta or wood-fired pizza.
2019 Pinot Gris
Included in the Roots Club
Transport yourself to a sunny island with the intensely fruit-forward aromas of pineapple, key lime, mango, kiwi and kumquat. The fresh and clean palate offers flavors of citrus, Granny Smith apple, green pear and a slight grassiness. Acidity is lively and mouthwatering. Pinot Gris is such a crowd pleaser and all-round versatile. Chill it down for a palate cleansing appertif or pair it with just about any meal, especially veggie kabobs, grilled halibut or fresh salads.
Included in the Roots and Astral Clubs
Hailing from a sister vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton, called Tidalstar, this wine is a beautiful example of Oregon Chardonnay, characterized by restraint, elegance and structure. The inviting nose is a mélange of floral notes, melon, white pear and a hint of toasted almonds. The palate is a creamy mouthful of lemon curd, yellow plum and green apple. It is rich without being overpowering and the finish is uplifting and clean. A very versatile indeed.
Included in the Spirit Club
Leaving Pinot Gris on its skins for a little while allows a stunning salmon-pink hue to develop, along with greater structure. Blend in fragrant Muscat Ottonel that has been fermented on its skins in clay amphora, and something magical happens. Wafts of peach, candied citrus, white flowers and a pinch of nutmeg introduce the 2019 vintage. The palate is complex, highlighted by apricot, papaya and Rainer Cherry. A backbone of acidity offers a mouthwatering finish.
2019 Reserve Müller-Thurgau
Included in the Roots, Astral and Spirit Clubs
Müller-Thurgau is rare in the United States and a dry Müller is even more unusual. This special estate-grown, certified Biodynamic wine has pretty aromas of melon, apricot, jasmine and a hint of fragrant ginger. The palate is characterized by lime zest, bakes apple, a slight herbal note and a delightful whisper of marzipan. Refreshing acidity is balanced with some phenolic structure, allowing for a gratifyingly lengthy finish. It's a great wine to pair with spicy fare.
2019 White & Grey
Included in the Astral Club
This very small production, unique blend of estate grown Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris offers pretty aromas of lemon pith, key lime, tropical fruits and a whisper of freshly cut herbs. A pleasingly sweet-tart entry leads to flavors of apricot, lime zest and gooseberry, which glide smoothly over the palate. The finish is luminous and lifted, with refreshing acidity elongating the finish. This wine holds your interest, evolving at each sip.
