The bold palate is ripe with strawberries, red cherries, black plums, pomegranate, bittersweet chocolate and pie spice which is balanced beautifully by bright acid, all within well-structured tannins
Our 2015 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that we can achieve in the Northern Willamette Valley with this grape; stone and citrus fruits envelope the palate, finishing with a distinctive tropical note.
Mouthwatering and multi-dimensional, this perennial crowd pleaser is a blend of our favorite cool-climate whites: Gewurtztraminer, Muller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Intensely aromatic, with a nose of tropical flowers, ripe kiwi and melon, the silky soft palate is brimming with rose petals, pink grapefruit, mango and white nectarine then finishes on a high, clean note of bright key lime.
Our Reserve Pinot Noir is a barrel selection from the best vineyards on the estate, with an emphasis on strength, depth and elegance.
Our 2012 Graham’s Block 7 is a great example of Pinot from the northwestern corner of the Willamette Valley. The medium garnet color introduces a bright aroma of raspberry, black cherry and cedar with hints of pie spice, sandalwood and dried cherry.
Savory herbal flavors, notably sage, intermingle with a deeper version of Parsons’ customary Bing cherry. Chocolate and tobacco notes will increase over time as the fruit recedes a bit.
The powerful fruit and structure of the 2012 vintage makes this the most muscular version of Cataclysm we've produced.
Straw gold color introduces an intense aroma of pomelo and rose water with hints of kaffir lime leaf and a palate bursting with tropical notes and powdered ginger.
This playful wine has hints of peach, quince, pear, apricot, gardenias and honeysuckle on the nose.
Aromatics of honey, animal cracker and freshly-baked lemon-poppy seed muffin lead way to a palate that is bright, with hints of kiwi and lemon mint that finishes pithy and broad.
