Mouthwatering and multi-dimensional, this perennial crowd pleaser is a blend of our favorite cool-climate whites: Gewurtztraminer, Muller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Intensely aromatic, with a nose of tropical flowers, ripe kiwi and melon, the silky soft palate is brimming with rose petals, pink grapefruit, mango and white nectarine then finishes on a high, clean note of bright key lime.
The 2015 Rosé is a stunning pink color with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberries and cream as the primary aromas, with some waffle cone and watermelon thrown in for good measure.
Aromatics of honey, animal cracker and freshly-baked lemon-poppy seed muffin lead way to a palate that is bright, with hints of kiwi and lemon mint that finishes pithy and broad.
This playful wine has hints of peach, quince, pear, apricot, gardenias and honeysuckle on the nose.
A bright Chardonnay with aromas of peaches, small white flowers, pear and Meyer lemon peel. The palate is a complex and fresh mix of kumquat pith, green papaya and savory herbs that finishes with a bright minerality.
The wine opens brightly with ripe kiwi, melon and quince. The palate has a creamy mouthfeel with bosc pear, yellow apple and fig. The finish has notes of oregano, crisp early pear and a touch of lanolin.
Straw gold color introduces an intense aroma of pomelo and rose water with hints of kaffir lime leaf and a palate bursting with tropical notes and powdered ginger.
Good structure and spice and a constantly unfurling list of flavors make this an exciting wine to discover and return to again and again.
Our 2015 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that we can achieve in the Northern Willamette Valley with this grape; stone and citrus fruits envelope the palate, finishing with a distinctive tropical note.
